Why do some things seem easy while others feel difficult?

It’s easy to swing through the drive-thru on the way home, hit snooze instead of getting up, or spend another hour scrolling on your phone. Comfort often requires very little effort.

The challenge comes when we choose the actions that move us forward—getting out of bed for the sunrise, going for a walk when we don’t feel like it, or putting distractions aside to focus on what matters most.

Over time, these small decisions shape the direction of our lives.

That’s why I created a 21-day reset built around five essential pillars. The goal isn’t perfection. It’s to create awareness, build momentum, and reconnect with the habits that support a stronger mind, healthier body, and more intentional life.

Over the next 21 days, you’ll focus on simple daily actions across each pillar. Through consistency, reflection, and repetition, you’ll begin to develop greater self-discipline and a clearer understanding of the person you want to become.

These five pillars have been shaped by personal experience, military service, fitness, travel, and years of learning what helps me stay grounded when life becomes busy or uncertain.
